Our classes are 45-60 minutes long and combine both yoga and Pilate’s movements into each class. You will lengthen your spin, loosen up tight muscles and strengthen your core.

Our programs can accomate any fitness level. Our diverse team of yoga instructors are certified and well experienced professionals. They will be there to assist with proper posture,  poses and support throughout the class.

You can incorporate a group yoga program as a stand alone service or as part of your total corporate wellness program. We can work with your staff to customize the best program package to meet the needs and goals of your company.
