If you have an on-site gym facility at your work place we can train with you there. Simply arrange approval with management, and we will accommodate your schedule. If you have a friend/co-work you would like to join with you, you can split the cost and still get the same results!
We have a small private training studio that offers the same functionality and equipment you would get at a box gym, but without the membership fees. That’s right, you only pay for your training, and you get the luxury and privacy of individual showers, change rooms. towel service and free parking.
