The Total Body Diagnostics is broken down into 3 parts. You can complete all 3 parts or just do one part at a time.  We can do 1-on-1 total body diagnostics, or we can implement it as part of your corporate wellness program. This is a great tool to measure the progress of your corporate wellness program and show the numbers and return!

Part One: 6 Point Assessment + Wellness Quotientccf total body diagnostics Total Body Health Diagnostics

This 6 point assessment is a great way to gain insight into your current health and fitness status. Our team of qualified trainers will take you through each assessment point and at the end we tally up the results and provide you with Wellness Quotient number. This number is used to measure your progress, and see where you need to improve or where you’ve seen major gains in improvements!

Total Body Diagnostics | 6 Point Spectrum Includes:

  1. Body fat Testing
  2. Blood Pressure
  3. Flexibility Testing
  4. Postural Analysis
  5. Strength Test
  6. Hip to Waist Ratio

Part 2: Healthy, Active Living Blueprint

Following the assessment, you will meet with your Trainer for a consultation to assess your needs, goals and current lifestyle habits. Then we provide you with a Active Living Blueprint that will provide you with a step-by-step plan to getting healthy, fit, and looking and feeling great!

Healthy, Active Living Blueprint Includes:

  • Nutrition Log
  • Sample Meal Plan
  • 21 Recipes
  • 15 Easy to follow workout routines that combine strength, cardio, and core
  • Exercise Log

Part 3: Join one of our Fitness Programs

Don’t worry, you don’t have to do it alone. Your welcome to continue with a customized personal training program or you and your staff and participate in a corporate fitness challenge.
